How Santala Brew Began
Santala Brew was founded by Naomi Santiago and Marc Alcala, a couple with a shared love for coffee, hospitality, and bringing people together. What started as an idea to create something of their own grew into a mobile coffee experience built around connection, celebration, and the simple moments that make everyday life special.
As co-founders, Naomi and Marc fully own and operate the business — from developing the brand and curating the menu to serving guests and bringing each event to life.

The name Santala is personal to the story. It combines the founders' last names — a reminder that everything they build, they build together.
Our Purpose
Santala Brew was created to bring the feeling of a favorite café beyond four walls. Through coffee, tea, and matcha, we bring a thoughtfully curated café experience directly to weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, residential communities, pop-ups, and everyday gatherings.
